Samantala, sinabi ng Marikina PIO na unti-unti nang humuhupa ang baha sa mga lahat ng secondary road sa lugar.
Nananatili namang hindi pa maaaring daanan ng mga motorista ang mga sumusunod:
– Provident Village
– Marikina Bridge underloop
– Marcos Bridge underloop
