WATCH: State of calamity declared in 2 towns of Bataan; other municipalities still submerged in heavy flooding

The local governments of Balanga and Dinalupihan in Bataan already declared state of calamity due to the heavy flooding caused by torrential rains brought by the southwest monsoon, enhanced by tropical depression Josie.

Some areas in Olongapo City experienced 10 feet deep flooding also because of the heavy rainfall.
