Draft ng Federal Constitution isinumite ng ConCom sa kamara

Kuha ni Erwin Aguilon

Isinumite na ni dating Chief Justice Reynato Puno, pinuno ng Consultative Committee ang draft ng constitution para sa Federal Form of Government.

Personal na tinanggap nina House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez at House Majority Leader Rodolfo Fariñas ang binuong draft constitution.

Ayon kay Speaker Alvarez, babasahin muna nila at pag-aaralan ang kopyang ibinigay ng ConCom.

Pag-uusapan din anya nilang mga kongresista ang draft na isinumite ng ConCom.

Gayunman, sinabi ni Fariñas na hihintayin pa nila ang official transmittal ng nasabing dokumento mula sa Office of the President bago nila ito pormal na aksyunan.
