Binuong Con-Com isusumite kay Pang. Duterte ang draft ng federal constitution bago ang SONA
Isusumite ng Consultative Committee (Con-Com) kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang kumpletong balangkas ng bagong federal constitution sa July 9 bago ang kanyang ikatlong State of the Nation Address (SONA).
Ayon kay Con-com spokesman Ding Generoso, isinasapinal na ng komite ang tatlong artikulo sa “Federated Regions,” “Transitory Provisions,” at “Amendments.”
Dagdag ni Generoso, pagbobotohan nila ang kabuuan ng balangkas na konstitusyon sa en banc session sa June 14.
Binuo ni Duterte ang Con-com para pag-aralan ang Saligang Batas ng 1987 para gumawa ng panukalang bagong konstitusyon sa ilalim ng federalismo.
