Kinumpirma ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines na isang private chopper ang nag-crash sa Sitio Glandang, Brgy. Kablon, Tupi, South Cotabato.
Ayon sa CAAP, alas-9:57 ng umaga nag-crash ang Model R44 Rave 2 na helicopter, ilang minuto lamang makaraan itong mag-take off.
Sa ngayon, naipadala na ng CAAP ang kanilang Aircraft Accident Investigation and Inquiry Board (AAIIB) na sina inspector Rommel Ronda at Henry Paradero para imbestigahan ang nangyaring insidente.
Base naman sa spot report Tupi Police Station, sakay ng helicopter si Pilot Capt. Dennis Figueroa at 3 pasahero.
Kabilang dito ang Foreign nationals na sina Dr. Jorge Gonzales at Cecilia Donaire, at isang Filipina na si Alica Bengco.
Nabatid na ang tatlo ay matataas na opisyal ng DOLE Philippines, Inc. at papunta sana ng bayan ng Surallah.
Nagtamo ng minor injuries ang mga pasahero na ngayon ay nagpapagaling na sa Howard Hubbard Memorial Hospital sa Polomolok, South Cotabato.
