TV series na “Amo” ni Brillante Mendoza at “Dope” sa Netflix inirekomenda ni Pangulong Duterte na panoorin ng publiko
Para malaman ng taong bayan ang problema ng ilegal na droga sa Pilipinas, inirekomenda ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa publiko na panoorin ang TV series na “Amo” ni Brillante Mendoza na ipinalalabas ngayon sa Netflix.
Sa talumpati ng pangulo sa meet and greet sa Filipino community sa South Korea, bukod sa amo may isa pang TV series sa Netflix na “Dope” na nagpapkita kung paano sinisira ng ilegal na droga ang isang komunidad.
Ayon sa pangulo, dahil ang award winning na director na si Mendoza ang gumawa ng “Amo” tiyak na nakabase ito sa research at sa katotohanan.
Ang TV series na “Amo”, ay nag-premier sa Netflix noong April 9 kung saan ipinapakita kung paano nagsimulang magbenta ng shabu ang isang high school student hanggang sa makasaguoa ang mga Kingpins at corrupt na government officials.
Sa “Dope” naman ipinapakita ang perspektibo ng mga drug dealers, users at mga pulis na sangkot sa operasyon.
“Kaya panoorin ninyo ‘yang sa Netflix, ‘yang Amo and Dope. It tells the story of how drugs can destroy a community and who are the actors there. Sila-sila ‘yan, sila. Well, some of them. Pero si Brillante ‘to eh. So I’m sure that he did his research.,” ani Duterte.
