Mga deboto inaasahang dadagsa sa Coronacion Canonical ng La Virgen Milagrosa de Badoc

Ngayong umaga na magaganap ang Canonical Coronation ng La Virgen Milagrosa de Badoc sa St. John the Baptist Parish Church sa Badoc, Ilocos Norte.

Ang Canonical o Pontifical Coronation, ang pinakamataas na pagkilala na iginagawad ng Santo Papa sa isang imahe ng Birheng Maria.

Dahil dito, inaasahang dadagsa ang mga deboto sa Ilocos Norte para tunghayan ang makasaysayang koronasyon na magaganap alas-9 ng umaga.

Disyembre noong nakaraang taon nang aprubahan ng Congregation of Divine Worship and Discipline of the Sacraments ang petisyon para gawaran ng Canonical Coronation ang pinaniniwalaang milagrosang imahe.

Ang pagkorona sa Birhen ng Badoc ay pangungunahan ni Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio G. Cardinal Tagle.

Ayon kay Ilocos Norte tourism officer Aian Raquel, mahalaga ang selebrasyong ito sa lalawigan dahil sa oportunidad na maibibigay nito sa turismo.
