Crime rate sa NCR, bumaba

Ibinida ni National Capital Region Police Office Chief Director Camilo Cascolan ang bumabang crime rate sa NCR.

Sa isang forum na isinagawa sa Quezon City, sinabi ni Cascolan na mula nang manungkulan sa pwesto ay bumaba na ang kaso ng index crimes.

Sakop nito ang petsa ng April 16 hanggang May 20, 2018.

Ayon kay Cascolan, bumaba sa 1,255 ang mga krimen na kanilang naitala mas mababa sa 1,678 na krimen sa kaparehong panahon noong nakaraang taon.

Ang index crimes ay nakatuon sa walong krimen na kinabibilanhan ng murder, homicide, rape, robbery, theft, physical injury, carnapping ng motor vehicle at carnapping ng mga motorsiko.

Sa tala naman ng Weekly Average Crime Trend ng NCRPO Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), lumalabas na ang Average Crime Rate ay bumaba nang 29.29%.

Pinakamababa dito ang petsa ng May 14 hanggang May 20, 2018 kung saan naitala ang pinakamababa na average weekly crime rate simula ng Duterte Administration.
