Paghahamon ni Sereno na magbitiw si Duterte tinawag na “grandstanding” ng Malakanyang
Nagsalita na ang Malakanyang sa hamon ng pinatalsik na chief justice Maria Lourdes Sereno kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na magbitiw sa pwesto.
Tinawag ni Presidential spokesman Harry Roque na “grandstanding” o pag-aagaw ng atensyon ng media ang ginagawa ni Sereno na paninisi kay Duterte sa desisyon ng Korte Suprema laban sa kanya.
Iginiit ni Roque na walang nilabag sa Konstitusyon ang pangulo.
Sinabi ni Roque na si Sereno mismo ang lumabag sa Saligang Batas sa kanyang hindi pagsusumite ng Statements of Assets, Liability and Net Worth.
