Solgen Calida ipinagharap ng reklamong graft sa Ombudsman
Sinampahan ng kasong graft ng isang private citizen sa Office of the Ombudsman si Solicitor General Jose Calida.
Nag-ugat ang reklamo ni Jocelyn Marie Acosta na anti-graft and corrupt practices act at code of conduct and ethical standards for public officials dahil sa kabiguan umano ni Calida na tugunan ang interes ng taumbayan.
Binanggit din ni Acosta na sangkot sa imoralidad si Calida, nagwaldas ng pondo ng taumbayan at pagpabor sa mga Marcos.
Tahasan ding sinabi ng ginang na nagkaroon si Calida ng affair sa isang 22-anyos na executive assistant at intern ng Office of the Solicitor General.
Ani Acosta, hindi rin tumugon si Calida sa kanyang apiela sa solicitor general na maghain ng quo warranto laban kay Justice Teresita De Castro.
Umaapela din si Acosta na magbitiw sa pwesto.
Aminado naman si Acosta na supporters siya ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes sSereno pero itinanggi nito na may nagdikta sa kaniya para magsampa ng kaso.
