Faeldon kumpyansang mababasura ang mga kaso laban sa kanya

Ito ang paniniwala ni dating Bureau of Customs (BOC) Chief Nicanor Faeldon matapos irekomenda ng Office of the Ombudsman na kasuhan siya kaugnay ng P6.4 billion shabu smuggling.

Sa isang statement ay sinabi ni Faeldon, ngayon ay Deputy Administrator sa Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), na dismayado siya sa hakbang ng Ombudsman Panel of Investigators.

Kasama aniya siya sa nanghuli sa shabu shipment at ginawa nila ang trabaho para masabat ang smuggled na shabu pero imbes na parangalan ay kakasuhan pa sila.

Ilang beses nang itinanggi ni Faeldon ang alegasyon ng katiwalian sa ilalim ng kanyang pamumuno sa BOC.

Kumpyansa rin ito na mababasura ang mga kaso laban sa kanya gaya ng desisyon ng Deparment of Justice (DOJ) noong 2017 sa kaparehong kaso na kanyang kinaharap.
