Opensiba ng militar laban sa rebedeng grupo tuloy pa rin sa kabila ng ikinakasang peace talks
Tuloy pa rin ang opensiba ng pamahalaan at pagtugis sa mga miyembro ng New Peoples Army (NPA) na may warrant of arrest.
Ito ay kahit na inihayag na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na handa na siyang ibalik ang usaping pangkapayapaan sa National Democratic Front of the Philippines.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, hangga’t hindi umuusad ang pormal usaping pangakapayapaan tuloy ang pagtugis ng Philippine National Police (PNP) at Armed Forces of the Philippines sa mga kalaban ng estado.
Iginiit pa ni Roque na ganito rin naman aniya ang ginagawa ng rebeldeng grupo.
Inihalimbawa nito ang patuloy na pananambang ng NPA sa tropa ng pamahalaan.
