Committee voting sa Sereno impeachment report hindi matutuloy bukas
Ipinagpaliban ng House Justice Committee ang botohan para sa committee report at articles of impeachment laban kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno bukas.
Ayon kay House Justice Committee Chair at Oriental Mindoro Rep. Reynaldo Umali, posibleng sa Lunes o Martes na itutuloy ang botohan.
Sinabi ni Umali na hindi pa natatapos ang articles of impeachment hanggang ngayon sapagkat nais nilang ito ay maging komprehensibo bago pagpasyahan ng komite.
Pagpapasyahan din ng mga miyembro ng komite kung anong mga alegasyon ang aalisin.
Gayunman, sinabi nito na sigurado nang kasama ang hindi paghahain ng SALN ni Sereno, kabiguang ideklara ang kanyang nga ari-arian sa Davao at Bataan gayundin ang hindi pagbabayad ng tamang buwis at isyu ng korapsyon.
