Ipinagharap na rin ng reklamo ang ilang mga opisyal ng Korte Suprema matapos ang pagkakalantad ng mga impormasyon sa impeachment hearing laban kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa House Justice Committee.
Kasama sa mga inireklamo sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ni Atty. Lorenzo Gadon ng paglabag sa Republic Act 3019 o Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act at Republic Act 9184 o Government Procurement Reform Act sina Atty. Ma. Lourdes Oliveros, chief of staff ni Sereno; Atty. Michael Ocampo mula sa Office of the Chief Justice; at Helen Macasaet na information technology consultant.
Ang reklamo ay kaugnay sa pagkuha ng Office of the Chief Justice kay Macasaet bilang IT consultant ng Korte Suprema na hindi dumaan sa public bidding kundi sa negotiated procurement.
Nakasaad sa reklamo ni Gadon na sa unang kontrata, P100,000 ang sweldo ni Macasaet kada buwan, pero sa mga sumunod na kontrata, ang kanyang buwanang kompensasyon ay umabot na sa P250,000.
Giit pa ni Gadon, ang sweldo na natanggap ni Macasaet sa loob ng mahigit apat na taon na umabot ng P10.6 million ay sobra sa itinakdang compensation ceiling ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) para sa professional consultative services.
