Ex P-Noy at CJ Sereno, sinampahan ng reklamo sa Ombudsman
Sinampahan ng reklamo sa Office of the Ombudsman sina dating pangulong Benigno Aquino III at Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno dahil sa umano’y tagong-yaman ng punong mahistrado.
Pinangunahan ni Atty. Manuelito Luna ng Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption at suspendidong abogadong si Elgio Mallari ang pagsasampa ng kasong graft.
Idinawit si Aquino sa reklamo dahil siya ang nagtalaga kay Sereno sa Supreme Court noong 2012.
Sa una nang impeachment complaint laban sa punong mahistrado, bigo umano si Sereno na isumite ang kanyang Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALNs) sa Judicial and Bar Council nang mag-apply sa posisyon.
