Popular na viewdeck ng isang hotel resort sa Boracay, ipagigiba ng DENR

Nakatakdang ipa-demolish ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) ang popular at dinarayong viewdeck sa isang resort sa Boracay.

Ang nasabing viewdeck ng isa sa mga tanyag na resort doon na ‘Boracay Westcove’ ay nasa ibabaw ng rock formations.

Iniutos ni DENR Sec. Roy Cimatu na gibain ang straktura makaraang matuklasan na wala itong permit.

Ininspeksyon mismo ni Cimatu ang nasabing resort dahil sa ulat ng mga paglabag nito.

Ayon naman sa may-ari ng resort na si Cris Aquino, boluntaryo na niyang ipagigiba ang viewdeck na tinukoy ng DENR na mayroong paglabag.
