Termino ni SSS Commission chair Valdez, hindi na pinalawig ni Pang. Duterte

Hindi na pinalawig pa ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang termino ni Social Security System commission chairman Amado Valdez.

Sa pulong balitaan sa Malakanyang, sinabi ni Presidential spokesman Harry Roque na June 30, 2017 pa nag expire ang termino ni Valdez at nanungkulan ito sa SSS commission bilang holdover capacity.

Bukod kay Valdez, hindi na rin pinalawig ng pangulo ang termino ni SSS commission board member Jose Gabriel Pompey Lavina.

Natapos ang termino ni Lavina noong June 30, 2017.

Wala namang binigay na rason ang Palasyo kung bakit hindi na pinalawig ng pangulo ang termino nina Valdez at Lavina.

Matatandaang kamakailan lamang sinabi ni Valdez na humihirit ang kanilang hanay kay Pang. Duterte na taasan ng tatlong porsyento ang kontribusyon ng mga miyembro ng SSS.

Ayon kay Valdez, ito ay para mapunan ang pondo ng SSS matapos taasan ang pension ng mga SSS pensioners.
