P34 Million halaga ng droga mula sa Sinaloa drug cartel timbog ng PDEA

Nasabat ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at Bureau of Customs (BOC) ang P34 Million na halaga ng shabu sa isang anti-illegal drug operations sa Trece Martires, Cavite.

Ayon kay PDEA Director General Aaron Aquino, hinihinalang ipinuslit ito ng Mexican drug cartel na Sinaloa mula sa California.

Timbog naman ang dalawang suspek na sina Mauricia de Padua at Suriong Taib III.

Isinagawa ng PDEA ang controlled delivery operation katuwang ang BC-Clark at Ninoy Aquino International Airport-Drug Interdiction Task Group.

Kinumpiska ng mga otoridad ang 6.89 kilograms ng shabu na nagkakahalagang P34.45 milyon.

Ayon kay Aquino, ipinadala ni Christiano Lozano at Robert Gutierrez ang package mula California para kuna Leonel Adriano Romero at Raymund Cruz Miranda sa bayan ng Trece Martirez.

Napag-alaman ng PDEA na dalawang package ng hinihinalang shabu ang ipadadala sa bansa sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa ahensya ng International Cooperation and Foreign Affairs Service sa tulong na rin ng Homeland Security Investigations ng United States Embassy.
