Dalawang pulis na sangkot sa pagpatay kina Carl Arnaiz at Reynaldo de Guzman, ipinaaaresto na ng korte
Nagpalabas na ng warrant of arrest ang Caloocan City Regional Trial Court laban sa dalawang pulis na nasangkot sa pagkamatay ng dalawang teenagers na sina Carl Arnaiz at Reynaldo “Kulot” de Guzman.
Pirmado ni Judge Georgina Hidalgo ang arrest order laban kina Police Officers 1 Jeffrey Perez at Ricky Arquilita.
Sina Perez at Arquilita ay kapwa nahaharap sa dalawang bilang ng kasong murder dahil sa pagpatay kina Arnaiz at De Guzman.
Maliban sa murder, nahaharap din sila sa kasong planting of evidence at paglabag sa Anti-Torture Law.
Naipadala na sa Taguig at Caloocan police, Regional Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit (RPHAU) sa Camp Bagong Diwa, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), at sa Philippine National Police’s (PNP) Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) ang kopya ng warrant of arrest.
