Opisyal ng NPA, sumuko sa militar sa Zamboanga del Sur
Sumuko sa militar ang isang umano’y opisyal ng New People’s Army (NPA) sa sa Zamboanga del Sur.
Ayon kay Lieutenant Colonel Virgilio Hamos, komender ng Army 53rd Infantry Battalion, nakilala ang rebeldeng komunista na si Ka Jaypee. Nagsilbi umano siyang logistics officer ng Section Committee Kara ng NPA.
Sinabi ni Hamos na si Ka Jaypee ay residente ng Pagadian City. Isinuko rin niya ang isang AK-47 assult riffle at ilang rounds ng ammunition.
Sa ilalim ng Comprehensive Local Integration Program (CLIP), makakatanggap si Ka Jaypee ng tulong pangkabuhayan na nagkakahalagang P50,000 at tulong pinansyal na nagkakahalagang P15,000.
