Samantala aabot naman sa 5,613 na pulis ang ipakakalat sa 6-kilometer procession mula sa Quirino Grandstand hanggang Quiapo Church.
Dagdag pa ng NCRPO chief, sa pamamagitan ng SAF troopers, maiiwasan ang security breaches at magmakaroon ng mabilisang pagresponde sakaling magkaroon ng terror attack.
Kanya namang sinabi na wala pa rin silang namo-monitor na banta.
Gayunman, patuloy ang pagmamatyag at pangangalap ng impormasyon ng kanilang intelligence operatives maging sa labas ng Metro Manila kaugnay sa presensya ng anumang grupo na maaaring manggulo.
