Ang naturang Chinese national ay dumating sa bansa sakay ng China Southern Airline Flight CZ 3091 mula sa Guangzhou, China.
Ang mga nasabing skimming device ay nasa kustodiya na ng Bureau of Customs habang si Zeng ay itinurn-over sa Pasay City Prosecutors’ Office.
