3 pang Mahistrado, handang humarap sa Sereno impeachment hearing-Umali
Tatlo pang aktibo at retiradong Mahistrado ng Korte Suprema ang nakalinyang tumestigo sa isinasagawang imbestigasyon ng Kongreso kaugnay ng inihaing impeachment complaint laban kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Ayon kay Rep. Reynaldo Umali, chairman ng komite na nag-iimbestiga sa naturang reklamo, ipinarating na nina Justice Francis Jardeleza at Noel Tijam ang kanilang kahandaang dumalo sa pagdinig sa December 11.
Bukod sa dalawang aktibong Mahistrado, handa rin aniya si dating Justice Arturo Brion na humarap sa hearing ng House Justice committee sa susunod na linggo.
Inaasahang babalik rin sa pagdinig sina Associate Justice Teresita de Castro na una nang dumalo sa nakaraang hearing at Court administrator Midas Marquez.
Ang house justice committee ang nangunguna sa pagtukoy kung may probable cause sa inihaing impeachment complaint ni Atty. Larry Gadon laban kay Chief Justice Sereno.
