Kasong paglabag sa Section 20 ng Commonwealth Act 146 o Public Service Law ang kakaharapin ni San Mateo.
Iniakyat ng QC Prosecutor’s Office ang reklamo sa Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court matapos itong
makitaan ng probable cause.
Matatandaang inireklamo ng LTFRB si San Mateo matapos magsagawa ang kanyang grupo ng dalawang araw na tigil-pasada.
