Wao, Lanao Del Sur, niyanig ng magnitude 5.1 na lindol

Niyanig ng magnitude 5.1 na lindol ang bayan ng Wao sa Lanao Del Sur.

Naganap ang lindol sa 4 kilometers North ng Wao alas 2:57 ng madaling araw ng Biyernes, Dec. 1.

Dahil sa nasabing lindol, naitala ang mga sumusunod na intensities:

  • Intensity V: Kadingilan, Bukidnon
  • Intensity IV: Pangantukan, Bukidnon
  • Intensity III: Maramag, Bukidnon
  • Intensity II: Cagayan de Oro City

May lalim na 9 kilometers ang lindol at tectonic ang origin.

Samantala, matapos ang 5.1 magnitude na pagyanig, magkakasunod na aftershocks na ang naitala ng Phivolcs sa bayan pa rin ng Wao.

Una ay ang magnitude 2.7 na naitala alas 3:06 ng umaga, magnitude 2.7 alas 3:11 ng umaga, magnitude 3.0 alas 4:07 ng umaga, isa pang magnitude 2.7 alas 4:18 ng umaga at magnitude 2.5 alas 4:23 ng umaga.
