Mga miyembro ng NPA hindi kakasuhan ng rebelyon – Duterte
Walang balak si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na sampahan ng kasong rebelyon ang mga lider at iba pang miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA).
Ayon sa pangulo, nababagay lamang kasi ang kasong rebelyon sa mga taong may ipinaglalabang prinsipyo para sa bayan.
“There will be no filing of cases under the public security like rebellion because rebellion is considered sometimes a noble undertaking, it’s only because you want your country to do better,” ayon sa pangulo.
Sa ngayon sinabi ng pangulo na inihahanda na o binabalangkas na ng palasyo ang isang executive order na magdedeklara terorista ang NPA.
Kapag nailabas na ang EO, sinabi ng pangulo na tatratuhin na bilang ordinaryong mga kriminal o terorista ang NPA.
“They are preparing the executive order declaring them to be terrorists and they will be afforded the treatment of being criminals,” dagdag pa ng pangulo.
