Dating SolGen Agnes Devanadera, itinalaga ni Pangulong Duterte bilang ERC chairperson
May bago nang itinalaga si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte bilang chairman ng Energy Regulatory Commission.
Ito ay sa katauhan ni dating Solicitor General Agnes Devanadera.
Sa appointment paper na nilagdaan ni Duterte, si Devanadera ang papalit kay dating ERC Chairman Jose Vicente Salazar at ang termino nito ay hanggang sa July 10, 2022.
Si Salazar ay sinibak sa pwesto ni Pangulong Dutory terte noong nakaraang buwan matapos imbestigahan mismo ng Office of the President.
Napatunayan na guilty si Salazar sa simple and grave misconduct hinggil sa alegasyon ng korapsyon.
Si Devanadera ay nanilbihan bilang Solicitor General at Justice Secretary noong panahon ni dating pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
