Dalawang kampo ng Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters sa North Cotabato ang nadiskubre at nabawi ng militar.

Aabot sa 3,000 residente ang kinailangang lumikas dahil sa pag-atake ng mga bandido na patuloy na tinutugis ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), sa tulong na rin ng Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
Una nang nag-kampo sa Saidona at Salibo sa Maguindanao ang BIFF ngunit dahil sa mga operasyon laban sa kanila, napilitan silang tumakas at lumipat sa mga bayan ng Carmen at Aleosan.
