SC Justices imbitado sa impeachment hearing kontra Sereno
Inimbitahan ng House Committee on Justice ang lahat ng mahistrado ng Korte Supreme sa susunod na pagdinig may kaugnayan sa impeachment Complaint sa punong mahistrado.
Ito ayon sa komite ay upang magbigay linaw sa mga alegasyon ni Atty. Larry Gadon laban kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Patutunayan ng mga mahistrado kung dinoktor na ni Sereno ang mga administrative issuances ng SC en banc.
Bukod sa mga mahistrado inimbitahan din ng komite ang Supreme Court clerk of court na si Atty. Felipa Anama.
Ito naman ay sapagkat si Anama ang nag-iingat ng mga dokumento ng Mataas na Hukuman may kaugnayan sa mga SC en banc resolutions.
Mayroong 27 alegasyon si Gadon sa kanyang reklamo kay Sereno.
