Dalawang dating mutineer na nagbitiw sa Customs, binigyan ng bagong pwesto sa gobyerno
Matapos kapwa magbitiw sa Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa kasagsagan ng usapin ng katiwalian sa pwesto, mayroong bagong pwesto sa gobyerno ang dalawang dating Oakwood mutineers na sina Gerardo Gambala at Milo Maestrecampo.
Base sa inilabas na appointment paper na nilagdaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, itinalaga nito si Gambala bilang Director IV sa Office for Transportation Security sa ilalim ng Department of Transportation (DOTr).
Habang si Maestrecampo ay itinalaga ni Pangulong Duterte sa Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines bilang assistant Director General II sa ilalim din ng DOTr.
Magugunitang si Gambala ay nagbitiw bilang Deputy Commissioner ng BOC at si Maestrecampo bilang direktor ng Customs Import Assessment Services sa kasagsagan ng imbestigasyon sa P6.4 billion na shabu shipment na nakapasok sa bansa at “tara system” sa ahensya.
Maliban kina Gambala at Maestrecampo, sampu pang bagong appointees ng pangulo ang inilabas ngayon ng Malakanyang.

- Mito-on Malindato Ibra – Director IV, National Commission on Muslim Filipinos
- Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia – Ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway with concurrent jurisdiction over Republic of Iceland, Kingdom of Denmark, Republic of Finland and Kingdom of Sweden
- Denis Yap Lepatan – Ambassador to Switzerland
- Eduardo Jose Atienza De Vega – Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
