Mahigit 3,000 pasahero, stranded pa rin dahil sa bagyong Salome

Bagaman nabawasan na ng kaunti, mahigit 3,000 pa rin ang bilang ng mga pasaherong stranded sa mga pantalan sa Southern Tagalog at Bicol.

Sa monitoring ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), sa Southern Tagalog, nasa 1,663 na pasahero ang stranded.

Kabilang din sa stranded ang 312 na rolling cargoes, 27 barko at 17 motorbanca.

Sa Bicol naman, nasa 1,349 ang bilang ng mga pasaherong stranded.

Stranded din ang 291 na rolling cargoes, 25 barko at 9 motorbanca.

Sa kabuuan, sinabi ng Coast Guard na nasa 3,012 pa ang mga stranded na pasahero sa mga pantalan sa Southern Tagalog at Bicol.

Mahigpit pa ring ipinatutupad ang Memorandum Circular Number 02-13 o guidelines sa paglalayag ng mga barko kapag masama ang panahon.
