Malacañang nabahala sa nakumpiskang shabu malapit sa Palasyo
Naalarma ang Malacañang sa nakumpiskang P10 Million halaga ng shabu kahapon sa General Solano street, San Miguel, Maynila o ilang metro lamang ang layo mula sa Gate 1 ng ng Palasyo.
Pagtitiyak ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, mananagot sa batas ang mga taong nasa likod ng ilegal na droga.
Sinabi pa ni Roque na walang sasantuhin ang imbetigasyon ng mga otoridad partikular na ng Philippine Druge Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Matatandaang nakumpiska ang ilegal na droga kay Diane Yu Uy na anak ni convicted drug queen Yu Yuk Lai.
Nabatid na mayroon pang security detail mula sa PNP Police Security and Protection Group (PNP-PSPG) si Diane Yu Uy.
Ayon kay Roque, “no stone will be left unturned in investigating this particular instance…..we recognize that this is alarming that drugs were seized from a house near Malacañang”.
