Manager for Finance Arlene Britanico.

Ang naturang turn over ng mga cheke ay sinaksihan nina DOTr Undersecretary for Aviation and Airports Manuel Antonio L. Tamayo, Undersecretary for Legal Affairs and Procurement Reinier Paul Yebra at Assistant Secretary for Communications Leah Quiambao.
