Ayon kay Yebra, kailangang managot ang mga dating opisyal ng DOTC dahil sa palagiang aberya sa MRT.
Akma aniya ito sa naisin ni DOTr Secretary Arthur Tugade na magkaroon ng pagbabago sa MRT.
Top priority rin aniya ng DOTr ang mga mananakay na laging apektado kapag may problema sa mga tren.
