Tinalo ng University of Santo Tomas o UST Growling Tigers ang University of the Philippines o UP Fighting Maroons sa men’s basketball tournament sa UAAP Season 78 ngayong hapon.
Sa iskor na 67-59, nagwagi ang UST habang bigo ang UP na makatatlong panalo para sa naturang season.
Dahil dito, ang UST ay nananatiling undefeated sa team standing na 3-0, samantalang 2-1 naman ang UP.
Nakuha naman ni Ed Daquioag ng UST Growling Tigers ang pinakamataas na puntos na 27.
