PCGG nagbigay ng mga ebidensya sa Kamara laban kay Bautista
Hawak na ng House Justice Committee ang mga dokumento na galing sa Presidential Commission on Good Government na magagamit para sa impeachment trial laban kay Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista.
Dinala ngayong araw ni Atty. Manuelito Luna ang dokumento sa tanggapan ng House Justice Committee Secretariat.
Ang mga nasabing dokumento ay resulta ng imbestigasyong isinagawa ng PCGG sa sinasabing mga katiwalian ni Bautisa noong ito ay pinuno pa ng ahensya na ibinigay kay dating Negros Rep. Jacinto Paras.
Umaasa naman ang mga complainant sa impeachment ni Bautista na makatutulong ang mga dokumento upang ma-convict ang poll chief.
Samantala, hindi natuloy ang pagdinig ng Justice Committee ngayong araw para sa pagbuo ng articles of impeachment dahil sa kawalan ng kongresistang dadalo.
