Prangkisa ng 24 units ng Valisno Bus Company, kinansela na ng LTFRB

Kinansela na ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang prangkisa ng 24 na bus unit ng Valisno Bus Company.

Ito ay matapos ang malagim na aksidente ng kinasangkutan ng isa nilang bus sa bahagi ng Quirino Highway sa Quezon City na ikinasawi apat na katao at ikinasugat ng 30 iba pa.

Ayon sa LTFRB, matapos ang isinagawang imbestigasyon napatunayan na nilabag ng operator ng Valisno Bus company rules and regulations ng ahensya. “In resolving the matter against the operator of Valisno Bus, the Board ordered the bus company’s Certificates of Public Convenience (CPC) of 24 of its units cancelled, revoked and reverted back to the State,” nakasaad sa desisyon ng LTFRB.

Noong August 12, 2015, ang bus ng Valisno na may plate number na TXV-715 at minamaneho ni George Obana Pacis bumangga sa concrete boundary ng Caloocan at Quezon City habang binabagtas ang Quirino Highway patungo sa Tungko, San Jose Del Monte Bulacan.

Matapos ang nasabing insidente, agad sinuspinde ng LTFRB ang lahat ng bus na pag-aari ng Valisno sa loob ng 30 araw.

Ipinatawag din sa LTFRB ang bus operator na si Rosalinda Cando-Valisno pero ilang beses itong nabigong dumalo sa pagdinig.
