Isang lalaki na dati nang sumuko sa mga pulis ang naaresto sa a ikinasang buy bust operation sa Katipunan, Quezon City.

Mga tauhan ng District Drug Enforcement Unit ng Quezon City Police District ang nagsagawa ng operasyon.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Rolando Gutib alyas ‘Dong Palos,’ tatlumput walong taong gulang at isang mangangalakal ng basura.

Galit na galit naman ang mga kamag-anak ni Gutib sa sinapit nito.

Ayon kay Crystal Ramos na pamangkin ni Gutib, mayroon umanong kabit ang tiyuhin na isang kaanak ng pulis na maaaring nagsetup dito.
