Sa katatapos lamang na press briefing, sinabi ni Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo na itinuturing pa ring person of interest si Danley.
Nais umano nilang makausap at maisailalim sa pagtatanong si Danley sa sandaling makabalik ito sa Estados Unidos.
Sa ngayon, natuklasan ng Las Vegas and Federal law enforcement na si Danley ay nasa Japan.
Malaki din aniya ang maituturing ni Danley para matukoy ang motibo ng pamamaril ni Paddock.
Bagaman Pinay, si Danley ay residente sa Australia matapos makapangasawa ng Australian.
