Gigi Reyes, pinayagang makalabas ng piitan para magpabunot ng ngipin
Pinagbigyan ng Sandiganbayan 3rd Division ang kahilingan ng dating chief of staff ni dating Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile na si Atty. Gigi Reyes na sumailalim sa dental procedures.
Base sa tatlong pahinang resolusyon ng anti graft court, pinapayagang lumabas ng kanyang piitan si Reyes sa Huwebes, Sept. 7 simula alas nueve ng umaga hanggang alas dose ng tanghali.
Nakasaad sa resolusyon na korte na sasailalim ito sa panoramic x-ray sa YSA Dermatology and Dentistry Clinic at tooth extraction surgery sa Center for Advanced Dentistry sa BGC, Taguig City.
Sasagutin ni Reyes ang gastos sa kanyang dental procedures at transportasyon patungo sa nasabing mga lugar at pabalik ng piitan.
Pinadoble naman ng Sandiganbayan sa BJMP ang seguridad ni Reyes.
Pinagsusumite din ng korte ang doctor at BJMP ng report sa loob ng limang araw matapos ang dental procedure kay Reyes.
Si Reyes ay nakakulong sa Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig kaugnay sa kasong pandarambong may kaugnayan sa PDAF scam ni dating Senate President Enrile.
