Suspension sa Uber tuloy ayon sa LTFRB

Ibinasura ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang motion for reconsideration ng Uber kaugnay sa naunang one month suspension order na inilabas ng ahensiya.

Base sa tatlong pahinang resolusyon, iginiit ng public transport regulating body na nilabag ng Uber ang malinaw nilang kautusan na huwag munang tumanggap ng mga bagong aplikasyon.

Noong lamang buwan ng Hulyo ay binawi ng ahensiya ang kanilang colorum crackdown laban sa mga Uber at Grab units.

Bago pa ito, pinagmulta na ng LTFRB ang dalawang transport network corporations ng P5 Million bawat isa dahil sa mga paglabag.

Naging epektibo kanina ang cease and desist operation order sa Uber, ngunit agad silang nagbalik operasyon nang maghain ng motion for reconsideration.

Nang malaman ito, agad nilinaw ni LTFRB Chairman Martin Delgra III na dapat muna nilang desisyunan ang mosyon bago muling payagang mamasada muli ang lahat ng Uber partners.
