Aniya, nagbabalangkas na ng kautusan ang technical working group ng kagawaran laban sa sapilitang pagpapasuot ng high heels sa trabaho.
Kamakailan, ipinanukala ng Associated Labor Unions-Trade Union Congress of the Philippines ang pagbabawal sa mandatory na pagsusuot ng high heels dahil sa mga reklamo ng mga babaeng empleyado, gaya ng sales ladies.
Kinontra rin ng grupo ang pagsusuot ng high heels sa trabaho dahil sa masamang epekto nito sa kalusugan.
