Ozamiz City Councilor Ricardo Parojinog, ipinapasailalim sa lookout bulletin
Inatasan ni Department of Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II ang Bureau of Immigration (BI) na bantayan ang anumang pagtatangka ni Ozamiz City Councilor Ricardo “Arthur” Parojinog na lumabas ng bansa.
Nagpalabas si Aguirre ng immigration lookout bulletin order, limang araw matapos ang madugong raid sa bahay ng pamilya Parojinog sa Ozamiz.
Si Ricardo ay wala sa kaniyang bahay nang pasukin ito ng mga otoridad.
Isa ang bahay ng konsehal sa subject ng search warrant na inilabas ni Executive Judge Cecilyn Burgos-Villavert ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court kaugnay sa illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
Nakakuha ang mga pulis ng shabu at mga drug paraphernalia, isang shotgun, tatlong rocket-propelled grenade launchers, dalawang hand grenades at M79 ammunition mula sa bahay ng konsehal.
Bagaman pwede pa ring lumabas ng bansa si Ricardo Parojinog kahit mayroong lookout bulletin laban sa kaniya pero may mga kondisyon at requirements kabilang ang clearance mula sa DOJ.
