Mayor ng Ozamis, patay sa drug raid ng PNP

Patay sa isinagawang drug raid ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang mayor ng Ozamis City na si Reynaldo “Aldong” Parojinog.

Ito ang kinumpirma sa Radyo Inquirer ni Region 10 Spokesperson Police Superintendent Lemuel Gonda.

Maliban kay Parojinog, patay din ang 6 na iba sa madugong drug raid ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng CIDG 10, Misamis Occidental Police Provincial Office at ng Misamis Occidental Police.

Ayon kay Gonda, nanlaban umano si Parojinog makaraang magpaputok ng baril ang kanyang kampo na naging dahilan para manlaban ang mga pulis.

Sa ngayon, patuloy pa ang imbestigasyon ng SOCO sa nangyaring engkwentro.

Maliban kay Mayor Parojinog, nagkaroon din ng raid ang PNP sa tahanan ni Ozamis Vice Mayor Nova Parojinog, Reynaldo Parojinog Jr at Board member Ricardo Parojinog.
