Nasa Bicol area na ang isang Low Pressure Area na binabantayan ng PAGASA.
Batay sa weather advisory no. 3 na inilabas ng pagasa dakong alas 11:00 ng umaga, huling namataan ang LPA sa 630 kilometers east ng Virac, Catanduanes.
Ang LPA ang nagdudulot ng maulap na panahon na may mahina hanggang katamtamang pag-ulan at thunderstorms sa mga rehiyon ng Bicol at Eastern Visayas.
Ayon sa PAGASA, malaki ang tsansa na maging bagyo o tropical depression ang naturang weather system sa susunod na 24 hanggang 48 hours.
