Samantala, ang iba pang bagong appointees ni Duterte ay si Eduardo del Rosario bilang chairperson ng Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council o HUDCC, na dating pinamunuan ni Vice President Leni Robredo.
Si del Rosario ay dating pinuno ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council o NDRRMC.
