Dating napalayang killer na si Manero, arestado muli
Arestado ang napalayang killer na si Norberto Manero Jr. dahil sa panibagong murder at frustrated murder cases.
Ayon kay Supt. Romeo Galgo Jr., tagapagsalita ng Police Regional Office 12, inaresto ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) ang setente y uno anyos na si Manero batay sa inilabas na arrest warrant ni Judge Andres Lorenzo ng Regional Trial Court Branch 23 sa Gitnang Mindanao.
Ani Galgo, boluntaryong sumuko si Manero nang dumating ang mga opisyal ng CIDG sa kaniyang bahay sa Barangay Dadiangas West, General Santos City.
Hindi naman na idinetalye ni Galgo ang mga bagong kaso ni Manero.
Samantala, napalaya noon si Manero matapos ang anim na taong pagkakakulong sa New Bilibid Prison matapos patayin si Italian missionary Tullio Favali sa bayan ng Tulunan, North Cotabato noong 1985.
