2 nasawi at anim na nailigtas sa lindol sa Leyte, nakilala na ng NDRRMC

Nakilala na ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) ang dalawang nasawi sa magnitude 6.5 na lindol na naganap sa Leyte.

Nahulugan ng nagbagsakang hollow blocks si Rhissa Rosales, 19-anyos na residente ng Barangay Cabaon-an, Ormoc City.

Ang 40-anyos naman na si Gerry Movilla na residente ng Kananga, Leyte ay nasawi matapos ma-trap sa tatlong palapag na commercial building.

Mula sa nasabing commercial building ay nailigtas ang anim pang indibidwal na nakilalang sina Marian Superales, Jevy Omulon, Aina Nicole Geraldez, Sancho Geraldez, Edgar Cabahug at Irene Dlores.

Ayon sa NDRRMC, bukod sa nasabing gusali na gumuho sa Kananga, dalawang silid-aralan pa mula sa Bienvenido Celebre National High School sa Barangay Uguiao, Jaro, Leyte ang nakitaan ng bitak.

Sa datos ng NDRRMC, 72 ang sugatan sa lindol, 43 dito ay mula sa Kananga, Leyte; 3 mula sa Ormoc City; at 26 mula sa Cirigara, Leyte.
