BDO hinikayat ang mga kliyente na agad i-report kung nakaranas ng internet fraud

Nakatanggap ng ulat ang pamunuan ng BDO Unibank na may mga kaso ng fraud sa kanilang ATMs.

Kaugnay nito, hinikayat na ng BDO ang kanilang depositors na agad i-report kung sila ay nabiktima o apektado ng ATM fraud.

Ilang posts kasi sa social media ang nagsasabi na may mga depositor na nawalan ng pera dahil sa “skimming” o pangongopya ng account details nila.

“BDO has obtained reports of potentially compromised ATM following reported losses from cardholders,” ayon sa statement na inilabas ng BDO.

Sinabi ng BDO na kung may mapapansing unauthorized transactions sa kanilang account, dapat ay agad itong i-report sa kanilang branch para maimbestigahan at matugunan.

Magugunitang noong nakaraang linggo, nagkaproblema ang BPI matapos makapagtala ng unauthorized transactions ang kanilang mga kliyente.
