Suspek sa pag-atake sa casino, “parang nababaliw” – Albayalde

Mistula umanong nababaliw ang suspek sa pag-atake sa Resorts World Manila ayon kay National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Director Oscar Albayalde.
Ayon kay Albayalde, para umanong lulong sa sugal at sa bawal na gamot ang nasabing suspek.
Base sa inisyal na imbestigasyon, dumaan ang suspek sa carpark ng Resorts World at dumiretso sa lobby ng casino.
Bitbit ng suspek ang hinihinalang baby armalite at isang litrong gasolina.
